Had this car for years. It's finally going back together for the 4th time. Here is a list of what it's got and all that fun stuff
Raw 3in intake
Ls4 tb
Tvs not sure on pulley size yet. Had stock 2.8 and 2.5
Air to air manifold with port injected meth individual 1gph 70/30 mix
Maf + sd
60# injectors
Zzp brfpr
93 octane
Race ported head
Stock sized valves 5 angle
80# springs

Dart sleeves
2.38L
Forged 2.2 crank
eagle 2.2 rods
Neutral balance shafts
Diamond pistons 100 over

this is the intake mani
originally i had problems with vacuum being as it was always under it, until it hit boost and then i had pipes blowing off and all that fun. but i went with solid pipes and had them made to fit.

This states 2.2 crank, so 3.724"/94.6mm stroke
.100 overbore; from stock 3.386"? => 3.486"/88.5mm bore.
Together this gives 2.33l displacement...
Or .100 overbore from an LE5 (3.464"/88mm bore) block? => 3.564/90.5mm overbore.
This gives you 2.43l displ.
With the 2.4's 98mm crankstroke you will get your 2.52l engine. ;-)

I was not sure on the displacement. I'll get the final numbers soon.
The air to air setup was a fun idea we tried years ago and it worked wonderfully. Everyone on this site denied it worked. But whatever. I don't care. It was fun.
Yes in a perfect world the air to water is best. But our air to water setup sucks. So I got rid of it
