Bump Again.

Was looking for a transmission fluid thread, as some of mine leaked out during my clutch change.

Have to change it now and this thread had all the information I needed.

Mods, please sticky.

Shouldn't be - No. Not in that short of a life-span. Did you check the roll pins? Or verify all of the linkages are connect correctly, nothing visually is broken? The shifter assembly on the top of the trans functions properly?

I saw this thread and thought it was a great idea.
This is just a normal wear and tear siduation and since there parts that will help this why not put together all the items in one place.

Nice didn't know you guys had roll pins. Wish I knew that when I got tc struts from you guys last week. Gonna be picking up two roll pins and two quarts of trans fluid. No dealerships have the ss trans fluid within an hour and a half of me.

When did you guys stock roll pins? A while ago I tried finding a part number and searched online for the longest time.

I ended up ordering "Upgraded GM Racing" roll pins from John Powell.. Not sure the difference, or if there is even a way to tell.. I just kind of took his word for it.

We have had the roll pins for a few years now, not sure what or if there is a difference from what JP sells.

Just got the fluid and roll pins from you guys, now I gotta grind down a damn 8mm Allen wrench to fit in between the subframe and the drain plug. God damn it first changing something as easy as a thermostat was a bitch and now a stupid drain plug is a hassle wtf lol. Nothing is ever easy on this car.

I always read about people having to grind them down. Why not go out and buy a single wrench in the size you need, in a shorter version? I've got a long set and a stubby set.

Up and to the right of drain. Might not see it, cause of the dirt. Same allen wrench looking plug.
