Hi, 68Vette. I also work for Michelin and worked on the launch of the Pilot Super Sport tire. It may be a bit misleading and confusing to consumers to say the tire has a 30K warranty and then to comment that it might "get 20K". We went through a VERY arduous process to get a warranty on all Michelin tires this year with the Promise plan and specifically to add a warranty to the UHP tires. For square fitments, we honor and stand behind a 30K warranty. For staggered fitments, we honor and support a 30K warranty on the front and a 15K warranty on the rears. If anyone comments on your post, it might be a good idea to comment that Michelin will honor the 30K warranty on the square fitments. Otherwise, we wouldn't communicate that warranty in our communications.
