Bought a used alt from him a couple months ago. First contact was on 1/17/13. Took a couple days to close the deal. He sent me tracking number on 1/21/13. Alt arrived a couple days later. That's where the situation went bad. I first got the box and it was beat to heck. Obviously been mistreated but worse was when I picked it up the alt was just loose in the box no packing material of any sort so it was obvious why it broke. I opened the box to find the main conn shattered. I contacted him right away and claimed he dropped it to ups and let them pack and shipped it. Was hesitant at first but said he would take care of it. Have had messages on and off couple weeks after. I've been patient enough and after no contact since 3/7/13 I have given up and taking the loss.
Seller should be responsible for packing item correctly especially things like this. I won't take the chance at buying from him again.

I've messaged you back and forth and also asked that you call UPS because it wasnt in my hands anymore. I dropped the alternator off at UPS and had them ship it. Also, it is covered and asked that you called UPS because I called and they asked for your information, I told them your cell number and havent talked to them. I had proof of the box before and of the alternator before. This was the first time something was EVER damaged during a UPS shipment of mine. And again, out of how many trades/sales on here, Ive had 2 bad transactions. 1 in which is yours and I have no control of.
